Forging press

3500 tons capacity

Our process-controlled forging furnaces with a maximum capacity of 250 tons guarantee optimum thermally controlled temperatures.

Our open-die forging presses working with a pressing force of 600 to 3500 tons are capable of manufacturing items up to approx. 28000 kg.

They operate in conjunction with free-moving forging manipulators offering a weight-bearing capacity of up to 40 tons.

This product range reveals our flexibility:


			- disks, punched disks, upset forgings, sleeves and rings up to approx. 16000 kg single weight - flanged shafts up to a diameter of approx. 1800 mm - hollow forged stepped shafts, cylinders and tubes up to a single weight of approx. 15000 kg - hammer-forgings and upset forgings in combination with auxiliary forging dies and forging tools in stock
