We are especially equipped for the production of three-dimensional forged disks, punched disks, hubs, double hubs and studs within a weight range of approx. 20 to 16000 kg.

Forged Rings
We supply forged rings with diameters up to approx. 2000 mm within a weight range of approx. 700 to 15000 kg single weight.

Bars
In our forging press and hammer mill we are able to manufacture open-die forgings with a single weight of approx. 15 to 28000 kg. Flanged shafts can be produced with a maximum flange diameter of approx. 1800 mm.

Hollow-Forged Parts
We forge hollow parts up to a length of approx. 3.000 mm and a single weight of approx. 15000 kg.

Shafts
In our forging press and hammer mill we are able to manufacture open-die forgings with a single weight of approx. 15 to 28000 kg. Flanged shafts can be produced with a maximum flange diameter of approx. 1800 mm.

Upset Forgings
We forge upset forgings in our forging press and hammer mill with auxiliary forging dies and forging tools which we either produce or have in stock.

Rolled Rings
With our modern ring-rolling mills we are able to manufacture seamless rolled rings with an outside diameter of approx. 250 to 2800 mm and a height of approx. 45 to 700 mm within a weight range of approx. 15 to 4000 kg.
